- 可配合一週上班五天半

New Product Development Manager
Objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of the New Product Development strategy for Fonterra Brands New Young
- Lead the conversion of Channel NPD ideas into commercialized product and packaging innovations
- Manage a portfolio of products from feasibility through development to launch enabling Fonterra Brands New Young
- Lead the New Product Development process within Fonterra Brands New Young
Role Accountabilities & Challenges
- Develop and Recommend the Innovation strategy for the New Young business:
- Identify gaps between the channel strategy for the business and product portfolio to deliver the strategy
- Establish processes that identify customer needs and confirm concept acceptability against those needs
- Recommend the priorities for NPD to ensure only the highest potential projects are progressed
- Capability Development
- Champion the use of the Fonterra NPD process within Fonterra Brands NY
- Product Commercialisation
- Establish and manage a portfolio of projects that converts the channel strategy into commercialised new products and / or packaging innovation
Key steps to include:
- develop the business case for approval
- manage the interface between the customer (who will evaluate the concept) and the product development provider (who will develop the product against the brief and customer feedback)
- lead development of packaging for the product
- project manage a cross functional internal team (sales; marketing; supply chain) to ensure successful commercialisation of the product including: development of the sales plan; development of the marketing plan; raw material forecasting and pipe filling of the supply chain
Qualification & Experience
- Education preferably in Food technology or relevant science
- Experience in FMCG/Foodservice/Dairy Industry
- English fluency (both oral and written)
- Product development experience in a commercial FMCG food related environment (typically 5 - 8 yrs)
- Technical Project management experience across cross-functional teams
- Management of external providers
