全台灣有多所餐飲學校與安佳永紐長期配合,攜手栽培莘莘學子們,讓他們有機會在食品業能夠大展鴻圖。開平餐飲學校為安佳長期贊助乳製品原物料的北部學校之一,上週末(2016.11.19)開平餐飲學校舉辦第十八屆餐飲主廚盃,比賽項目有「創意起司捲」與「世大運 蛋糕裝飾」,參加選手使用的「比薩調理專用乳酪絲」與「鮮乳脂」為此次比賽中大會指定食材之一。

Fonterra Brands (New Young) Pte. Ltd. - Taiwan Branch has been actively implementing its corporate social responsibility by offering the premium quality dairy products to the Taiwan’s foodservice channels. However, due to the recurring food safety scandals in Taiwan, New Young feels the need to implant the food sanitation and safety concept through education to our younger generation.
New Young has a long-term cooperation with a lot of culinary institutes in Taiwan, in order to collaborating and cultivating our junior chefs to be able to achieve great success in the future food industry. For instance, the prestigious Kai Ping Culinary School is one of the New Young’s long-term sponsorship schools in Taipei. At the 18th annual Kai Ping Chef’s Cup last weekend (2016.11.19), the candidates had to compete under the topic of 「Creative Cheese Roll」 and 「Universiade Cake Decoration」. During this competition, 「Anchor Shredded Mozzarella Cheese」 and「 Anchor UHT Cream 」were the one of the appointed ingredients.
